If the label A&R likes what he/she hears you will be given their direct email to submit more music to. That’s it, simple as that. Keep in mind its rare to get a deal over night but with this source your chances move up extremely. As with any investment you do so at your own risk. Results will vary for each individual artist. Make sure you bring you’re A game because these are top level executives who can make decisions on the spot.
I had the opportunity to have my music selected and requested 3 out of the 4 appointments from label execs. If not prepared you will think your about to get a deal once you reach this step, but it’s a process that needs to be taken before you are offered a deal. You have to think, labels are spending huge amounts of money to market and promote their artist so they want to make sure their artist is worth every penny.
So the process looks a little something like this:

Now he will play it for his A&R team to get some feed back on your tunes. If he likes it you’ll move to step four if not, your ride ends here.

I have used this source many of times and I was able to secure a few label meet and greets, just about everytime I signed up.
Ok here's how it works, you have a list of Label A&R’s to choose from. Labels like Jive, Bad Boy, Atlantic, and Universal to name a few. After you have your mind made up on which A&R you want to preview your music, the next thing you need to do is sign up and schedule you appointment.
Note – There is a submission fee for the number of songs you want to be reviewed. The cost is around $149 for 1 song and a little cheaper if you join as a VIP Member.
After your payment you’ll submit your music in mp3 form. It will be you and around 5-10 other artist who will be on the phone line with you listening in. Your music will be played for around 90 sec after which the A&R will critique your music with you directly after reviewing your song/s.
